Much has been said about how volunteerism has lost its place in the lifestyle
of today's busy family. We believe that just the opposite is true. Mothers'
concerns for the emotional and socially responsible development of their
children is not limited by the time restraints of two working parents,
income, religion or ethnicity. Our experience is that when young families
are presented with meaningful opportunities to help make a difference
in society, opportunities that are in sync with their personal values,
they are more than willing to volunteer. Through Woman's Life,
parents like you are helping to teach social responsibility to their children
by rallying behind programs as wide-reaching as literacy and childhood
disease research, and as close-to-home as funding uniforms for a girls'
softball team and helping the family of a child being treated for cancer
by assisting with travel expenses.
Throughout your lifetime, Woman's Life will
offer opportunities for your growth, health and security.
As your life experiences help shape your dreams, Woman's Life will
be here for you, woman to woman, friend to friend, for the benefit of
all.
